Distribution of correspondence (NELC / DJ Curtis / Rossendales fraud)

fFaudwAtch UK made this Freedom of Information request to Humberside Police This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Humberside Police,

I would like Humberside Police to disclose who or what department dealt with or is dealing with the correspondence below:

From: [fFaudwAtch]
To: Humberside police
Cc: A.Hobley @coinweb.lgo.org.uk ; newsdesk @grimsbytelegraph.co.uk
Sent: Tuesday, July 05, 2016
Subject: Re: Complaint against Police - CO 282/16 [NOT PROTECTIVELY MARKED - NO DESCRIPTOR]

Dear Mr Walmsley

Including fraudulent obtained costs awarded by District Judge Daniel Curtis plus the fees Rossendales bailiffs have added, I estimate up to now the fraudulent amount demanded to be around £500.

Humberside Police should not need reminding that NELC has only been able to continue engaging in criminal activity on account of the force's negligence. I would therefore ask that my concerns are made known to the Chief Constable so if after that a blind eye to the matter is also turned, I have more options available to hold the force accountable.

Yours faithfully,

fFaudwAtch UK
