Dear Warwickshire County Council

Would you please be able to provide me a list of areas that are currently being held in dispute/talks in regards to ownership & Maintenance responsibility with your Borough and Districts councils?
An example would be the green space near Berrington Avenue, Nuneaton.

If you are unable to give me an exact list of all these areas would you be able to provide me a breakdown by district of disputed areas, for example
Nuneaton & Bedworth-12
Warwick -5
Atherstone-6
etc...

Yours faithfully,

Councillor Brett Beetham

Yours faithfully,

Brett Beetham
