Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Haringey Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Discussions between Spurs and Haringey about a development vehicle'.

The Memorandum of Understanding between Tottenham Hotspur FC and London Borough of Haringey, dated 16 January 2013, signed by Nick Walkley and Lyn Gardner on behalf of the Council and Daniel Levy and Paul Phillips for Spurs, supports 'the establishment of a suitable Delivery Vehicle to assist the delivery of the North Tottenham Regeneration Programme' (8.3).
Since this was in the Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties, it is difficult to imagine that this was not discussed by councillors responsible and the representatives of the football club at any point in the period prior to this agreement being signed. I therefore request an internal review and ask that details of the relevant meetings, etc be made public.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Sarah Cave
