Discipline cases
Dear Glasgow City Council,
as per my right under the FOI act i make a request for the number of discipline cases brought against teachers at ross hall academy, crookston, glasgow in the last 5 years.
further more without revealing the teachers names i would like to know
1. the department/subject they work in.
2. the allegation/s they faced.
3. the outcome of each case, e.g dismissed, moved, demoted...

Dear Glasgow City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Glasgow City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Discipline cases'.
I specifically never asked for anyones name and given that the school will employ a large number of teachers it would be impossible to identify anyone from the information requested.
FYI Strathclyde Police are more open

Dear CED_FOI,
i appealed this denied FOI request on the 18th of February and have had no reply. Can you tell me the Council's stance as I will take it to the ICO for a decision if need be.

Further to your email below, I am attaching the response issued to you on 18 January 2013. The last paragraph of the response letter states that if you are not satisfied with your response then you have the right to make an application within 6 months of receipt of this letter for a decision by the Scottish Information Commissioner, Kinburn Castle, Doubledykes Road, St Andrews KY16 9DS.
