Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal (Scotland),

I would be grateful if you could provide me with information on the number of reports made to the Procurator Fiscal concerning the possession of Class A drugs and the corresponding numbers that resulted in a Direct Measure being issued for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018.

If these figures could please only consist of possession charges of Class A drugs, omitting any in which other charges were also present (in the report made to the PF).

Please let me know if any further information or clarification is required.

Thanks very much in advance for any assistance.

Yours faithfully,

David Thompson
