Dear Owen,

Further to your recent request made under the Freedom of Information Act
2000, please find below the information requested:-

We are unfortunately unable to provide the information that you have
requested. This is because this opportunity was not to create a framework
that others could utilise, but was instead us utilising another provider’s
framework agreement to run a further competition. In this case we used the
Crown Commercial Services ‘digital outcomes & specilaists2’ framework
agreement which has subsequently expired and has been replace by ‘digital
outcomes & specilaists4’.

I have provided a link to the Crown Commercial Services which may prove
helpful.
