Dear Eamonn Gorman

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is writing to respond
to your request, F21-5367, sent 08/06/2021.

Please see below your request underlined and in italics, the Trust’s
response bold.

1. Please give your latest digital maturity rating (HIMSS) – This
information is held. This is exempt information under section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Information accessible to applicant by
other means). This is an absolute exemption and not subject to the public
interest test. The information is already available publicly from the
links provided – [1]https://www.himssanalytics.org/stage-6-7...
[2]https://www.cerner.com/gb/en/blog/oxford...
[3]https://www.ouh.nhs.uk/news/article.aspx....

2. Please supply a copy of your org chart for your digital department
(names/email addresses are not required), giving numbers of staff in each
role expressed as whole-time equivalents within the department, including
a breakdown by sub department i.e. service
desk/infrastructure/integration/developer/EPR support staff – Some of this
information is held.

The Chief Digital and Partnership Officer is accountable for digital
technology, applications and data and also leads the Digital and
Partnership Directorate.

The Digital and Partnership Directorate comprises the following Teams. It
will be indicated below whether or not the Team has a corresponding
organisational chart. Please note that some of these organisational charts
may not hold the level of the detail you have requested:

* IM&T Services Team – This information is held. Please see the attached
file (IMT Services Team.pdf).
* Information Governance Team – This information is held. Please see the
attached file (Information Governance Team.pdf).
* Information Team – This information is held. Please see the attached
file (Information Management Team.pdf).
* Central Medical Records Team – This information is held. Please see

Some of the information within the organisational charts have been
exempted from disclosure. Those organisational charts that contain the
names of individuals, of which whose names are not already on the public
domain, have been withheld.

The exemption which has been relied upon is section 40(2) of the Freedom
of Information Act 2000 with regards to the name of the individual.

The disclosure of this information is subject to balancing the legitimate
interest to disclose against the rights of the individuals. Upon balancing
these two factors, we have found that the rights of the individual
outweigh the legitimate interest to disclose. Therefore, it would be
unfair to the data subject if this information is disclosed. The
disclosure of the name would not add anything further to this request for
information. Furthermore, it would be unfair to disclose the name of the
individual to the general public. The individual would expect a right to
privacy. They would only expect that their name are disclosed to the
relevant people in connection with Trust business and also in relation to
the discharge of the responsibilities involved in their post. It would not
be reasonable to disclose their name to the general public. Furthermore,
the release of this information may also lead to a greater number of
unsolicited correspondence.

The first condition under section 40(3A) has been contravened as it would
not be fair to disclose the name of the individual. Therefore, the name of
the individual, has been withheld.

3. Please indicate if the trust utilises agency staff to support the
