- Pre- and post-operative communication

- eConsent

- Outpatients

- Emergency Care

- Patient engagement at home

- Patient satisfaction

Also, do you have performance targets for monitoring patient satisfaction?

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your request for information.  The
timescale for response under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 is 20
