Did Primesite inform LCC about the Change of Use from student accommodation to hotel?

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please supply the following information:

[1] Primesite Developments received Planning Permission from LCC in order to develop 50 Fox Street [Swainbanks] into student accommodation. It has now been evidenced that this development is actually being used as a hotel

[a] Did Primesite inform LCC about the Change of Use from student accommodation to hotel?

[b] If not, what course of action is LCC going to take in respect of this illegal change of use?

[c] Is 50 Fox St paying full business tax for all the rooms in this so-called hotel

[d] As Fox St Village has been declared a dangerous development, and as 50 Fox St [Swainbanks] was part of the Primesite development........has this building been checked out by the Fire Department etc as being structurally safe........or are more lives at risk?

Yours faithfully,

Mr Williams Everton
