Did Antrim and Newtownabbey Council know that they were passing a Reservoir above ground ref Reahill Road LA03/2015/0051/F ?

Dear Antrim and Newtownabbey District Council,

1. At the time of consenting to planning permission for LA03/2015/0051 Reahill Road Development , Was Antrim and Newtownabbey Council aware that the Attenuation Pond was In fact a Reservoir Please could you supply a simple yes or no answer ?

2. Please could you supply the Dates and Times that that any
Enforcement Officer from Antrim and Newtownabbey Planning
Section visited the site of LA03/2015/0051/F (ref breach of
conditions] During May June and July 2017 ?
