DfID spend with Oxford Policy Management

The request was refused by Department for International Development.

Dear Department for International Development,

According to the information available at the page below, in the last six months of 2019 DfID has spent over £25.5m with Oxford Policy Management (OPM) on "Project delivery costs and supplier services".

Please can you provide an overview of:

1) The services provided by OPM which have incurred these costs;
2) The aid programmes and projects these costs are associated with;
3) Information on why OPM was selected as a supplier for these services / projects;
4) Clarification on how this spend is "likely to contribute to a reduction in poverty" as required by the International Devleopment Act 2002.
