Devi Sridhar and Edinburgh Complaints and Disciplinary Procedures.

We're waiting for Paul Price to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear University of Edinburgh,

Please can you send me the Universities Disciplinary Procedure.
Devi Sridhar is giving false information about Covid 19 vaccinations for children and bringing not only the University into disrepute, but academia and the whole of science around covid and vaccinations.
One instance was on the BBC Newsround programme for which the BBC had to correct her statements about no chidlren getting ill from the vaccine.
Please also tell me the complaints procedures for the public to complain to Edinburgh University.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Price

Information requests (freedom of information requests, environmental
information requests, data subject rights requests)

While we will make all efforts to respond to requests promptly, please be
aware that in some cases unfortunately we will not be able to respond
within statutory timescales. The [1]Scottish Information Commissioner’s
Office and the [2]Information Commissioner’s Office have both issued
statements about requests during the Covid-19 pandemic which you may find
helpful.

Please note that if you have only provided your first (or given) name in
the body of your email your request will not be valid.  To ensure your
request is valid and that the University is obliged to answer it, you must
provide your real name.  If you are making the request on behalf of
someone else you must provide their real name.  The Office of
the [3]Scottish Information Commissioner's guidance on this point explains
that if you do not provide your real name or the name of the person on
whose behalf you are making the request, you will lose your right to
appeal to the Commissioner should you be unhappy with the handling of your
request. The guidance also explains what constitutes a real name for the
purposes of making a request valid. Please refer to the guidance for
further details.

recordsmanagement@ed.ac.uk,

Dear Paul Price

Thank you for your email of the 30th June 2021 requesting information.

As explained in our acknowledgement message, the University's working
arrangements are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, I am
currently unable to tell you exactly when you will receive a response to
your request. However, I can confirm that it is actively being progressed
and that we are making all efforts to respond to your request promptly.
The [1]Scottish Information Commissioner's Office has issued a statement
about requests during the Covid-19 pandemic which you may find helpful.

If you are unhappy with the way the University has handled your request,
you do have the right to ask the University to conduct an internal review
of the reasons for the delay. The [2]Scottish Information Commissioner's
guidance about this during the Covid-19 pandemic is available on their
website. If you wish to submit a review request you should write to the
Records Management Section (using this email address), describing the
original request, explaining your grounds for dissatisfaction, and
including an address for correspondence. When the review process is
complete, if you are still dissatisfied, you may use the Scottish
Information Commissioner's guidance on making an appeal to make an appeal
to the Commissioner.

The [3]University of Edinburgh's request privacy notice, which describes
how we use the information you have supplied about yourself and your
request, is published on the University website.

Yours sincerely

Dear [email address],

I am sorry you found my foi unpalatable and classified it as vexations.
I have reworded the request so that should permit the matter to be addressed.
However you seemed to omit adressing this part of the request, to which i do not believe that your claimed exemption would cover.
"Please send me any lines to be taken in case of press questions into these matters."

Devi Sridhar made false statements about the safety of vaccinations for children, incidentally on more than one occasion. This is not in doubt.
Professor Devi Sridhar misleads again https://www.hartgroup.org/devi-sridhar-m...
Everything Devi Sridhar “forgot” to tell YOUR children in BBC Newsround film shown across Schools on Covid-19 Vaccines https://dailyexpose.co.uk/2021/06/08/eve...
The Many Errors of Devi Sridhar https://dailysceptic.org/2021/07/07/the-...
Indeed the BBC itself had to correct the record and delete part fo the video.

Please could you also tell me if a disciplinary hearing has been held or is to be held for Devi Sridhars errors in fact on the safety of covid vaccinations to children or any other matters.
Please send me any "lines to be taken" in case of press questions into these matters.
The univertisty of Edinburghs integrity is tied up with their employees who make false statements.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Price

Dear [email address],

Thankyou for your response and refusal of internal review which shows to the public a guilty conscience and unwillingness to face the obvious facts that Devi Sridhar peddles lies and the university allows it. You have allowed the public to see this.

Yours sincerely,

Paul Price
