Details on LGPS Pension Fund Pooling
Dear Department for Communities and Local Government,
Please provide the following parameters or information in relation to each of the proposed LGPS pool structures for LGPS funds in England and Wales:
1) The a) previously incurred and b) projected fees and charges associated with the establishment of each LGPS pool
2) The list of external consultants and/or advisors working on the creation of each LGPS pool
3) Levels of current LGPS underfunding - broken down for each LGPS scheme fund in the pool
4) Risk assessment(s) undertaken as relates to the creation of each LGPS pool and the CIV or SPV structure which governns its operation
5) The pooling prosposal documents and underlying contracts consultants reports for each of the LGPS pools as submitted to DCLG
