Please could I kindly request the following;

Full details of the Gosterwood Scheme in Deptford, (previously named Malbor House) worth £6 million which consists of 38 flats for affordable rent with Circle Anglia appointing Willmott Dixon.

Please could you include all details before and after construction and full files relating to the current building taken over by Housing for Women Housing Association.

Please could you also provide a breakdown of how many complaints the DCLG have received relating to all new-build affordable social housing for example, defects, disrepairs, quality of materials used, poor workmanship;

Details of which department investigates serious complaints and defects of new-build social housing which fail the planning permission originally submitted.
