Details of meeting

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Council,
A Contract Meeting was held at John Elsender's office at Middlefields on 12/6/12 between STMBC and ISS at 11.00 hrs.
As a result of a complaint I had made to the Council it was discussed in that meeting that an employee was spoken to about his mistreatment of Japanese on my land. I never received a satisfactory answer to what had occurred.

I would like to know

1. What exactly did the employee admit to doing
2. When did he do it
3. How did the Council/ISS become aware of it
4. Where did this happen
5. Had he done this before in other areas
6. Why did he do it - was it due to a lack of training
7. Was he disciplined
8. Give details about any incidents during 2011-2012 where Council or ISS staff have been disciplined, spoken to or advised regarding any mishandling of Japanese Knotweed.

The only documentation I have in relation to this incident is a redacted copy of the minutes of the above meeting. I would like a copy of any other documentation relating to this incident

Yours faithfully,
Jackie Spiller
