I would like to request addresses, postcodes and names of owners of empty,
privately owned residential properties in Rotherham.

 

Please see the attached spreadsheet for the information requested. Please
be aware that we have not provided the details of the owners of the
property, under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the
Council is not required to provide information in response to a request if
it is already reasonably accessible by other means. However, when
exercising the use of the exemption the Council is also obliged under
Section 16 of the ‘Act’ to provide advice and assistance where possible.

 

The information you have requested is available through the land registry.
