Dear Freedom Of Information,
You have asked me to clarify what I mean with Reference to the UK Governments policy for all University Establishments to have registered with them by December 2018 a Policy Document for the protection and saving of life in the event of a terrorist attack.
The NaCTSO document suggests that
1 Zoned Public Address System
2 Zoned text messaging to every ICT device on the campus advising of an attack and the action, determined by the University Policy, that is to be taken Desk top devices would include the Cisco phones. Text to speech conversion software is available. Are the University incorporating Mandatory Lock Down in their new build

Yours sincerely,

Michael Harrison
