Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties
that are within Birmingham City Council area; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

I would therefore request you provide a list of all properties that are currently empty, including those with 0% relief.
