Dear Helen,

I refer to your Freedom of Information request dated 11 April 2018.

There is no standing list of Council suppliers and contractors, however details of payments made to Council contractors are published on the Council’s website - see

Dear Rushcliffe Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Rushcliffe Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Details of contracts over £5,000'.

Your response directed me to your open data on spending with external suppliers, not your contracts register as requested.

Please note that you have a legal obligation to publish details of contracts with suppliers worth over £5,000:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio....

Therefore I believe this request has been mishandled and I would like to request a review under the terms of the FOI Act.

I await your response within 20 working days.

Yours faithfully,

Helen McNally
