Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of all properties that have any historic credit on their account

(b) the names and addresses of the owners of those properties
referred to in (a)

Dear Madam,

I am in receipt of your Freedom of Information request of the 9th. July,
2010.

I have passed your request to our Financial Services for a reply. It is
the Council's intention to respond to you fully on or before 5th.
August, 2010. If we are not able to do so, I will write to you
explaining why.

I would advise you with regards (b) of your request we cannot supply you
with the names and addresses of the owners as such information is data
protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.
