Details of 80 credit modules on undergraduate higher education courses

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear SRUC,

Please could you provide me with a list of all your undergraduate higher education courses which contain a single 80 SCQF credit module.

For each 80-credit module you deliver, please give the SCQF level and provide me with the module descriptor or curriculum document which lists how the notional learning hours are allocated to the module. Please could you give me the mode of delivery and also the learning outcomes, aims, objectives and modes of assessment for that module. If there are any essays/dissertations etc. please give the word count for those.

Yours faithfully,

F Smith

Dear F Smith

I refer to your email below which has been treated as a request for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Our response is:
SRUC does not have any 80 credit modules. A full year is 120 credits and our modules are generally 15 at degree level and our largest is the honours project which is only 45 credits.

Right to review:
If you are dissatisfied with this response, you may ask SRUC to conduct a review of this decision. To do this please contact SRUC’s Professional Services Director in writing at [email address] or in some other recorded form (e.g. audio or video tape), describe the original request, explain your grounds for dissatisfaction, and include an address for correspondence. You have 40 working days from receipt of this letter to submit a review request to us. When the review process has been completed, if you are still dissatisfied, you may ask the Scottish Information Commissioner to intervene. Details of how to contact the Commissioner and to make an appeal can be found here:
