Dear Isle of Anglesey Council,
So that the Town Council can usefully contribute to the consultation on potential cuts it would like detailed information on this financial year’s (2015-16) budget.
In particular The Council would like details of allocation of spend to cost centres and spend/account codes. In the past this information would have been published as a budget book. Now that there is increased use of electronic systems I would expect this information to be able to be produced fairly easily as a spreadsheet from your information systems.
It is probable that your cost centre and spend codes are numerical or abbreviations. If they are The Council would appreciate a key to enable it to see which departments are spending on what activities.
