Please provide detail on:

What is meant by 'news'

What this amount is composed of

Additionally, could you please provide information on the structure of the news distribution service (NDS) operated by CoI including:

Number of staff
Cost of leasing space on the press association news wire
Breakdown of charges by Central Government Department
Cost of issuing a press note to a Government Department using the NDS service.
