When will you be tendering for your next prospectus?

Between April and July 2014

 

Who designed your last prospectus and when was this?

Our 2015 Undergraduate Prospectus was designed by Nixon Design in Hayle.
The design was finalised on 13 February 2014 and will be printed and
delivered by the end of February 2014.

 

How many people tendered for your last prospectus and who were they?

Two parties tendered for our last prospectus. These were Nixon Design in
Hayle and Frank, Bright and Abel in London

 

How much did you pay for your last prospectus for the design and artwork?

£21,060 + VAT inc. press pass

 

How many did you get printed?

40,000 copies

 

How much did you pay for the printing?

£49,292 inc. delivery

 

2. Website Design and Management

 

When will you be next be tendering for a refresh or redesign of your
website?

We'll be tendering for a new website maintenance and development contract
in July 2014, which includes redesign work.

 

When was your website last updated in terms of the design, look and feel
and when was this?

The website was last updated in May 2013, including a new structure,
design and content management system.

 

How many people tendered for your last website refresh and who were they?

We have a current contract with altcom Ltd for these services, which
expires in September 2014.

 

How much did this cost?

£35,000 + VAT.
