2- Please provide the total spend on the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards assessments between 01/01/2020 and 31/12/2020, on each of the following:

a.)Employed Best Interest Assessors - unable to calculate with accuracy; BIAs also undertake non-DoLS tasks

b.)Independent Best Interest Assessors - £10,000

c.)Mental Health Assessors - £14,200

4 – What is the standard price paid per Mental Health Assessment for DoLS - up to £180

5 - Please provide the name of the local DoLS Lead or Team Manager - Information withheld. This information would constitute personal data as defined by Article 4 (1) of GDPR and S. 3 Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. Furthermore, where a local authority receiving a FOI request that includes the names of staff, the authority is entitled to consider application of the third-party personal data exemption in S. 40(2) FOI.
