FOI Mailbox,

Hello Ms Persson,
Thank you for your submission of a Freedom of Information request. After
careful consideration of your request, we have seen that your wording can
be interpreted in a few ways, so we thought we would reach out to get
clarification.
Are you requesting the information stated just for the date the Secretary
of State mentioned, Monday 14 December, or are you requesting information
from a larger time frame? If you do wish to request a larger time frame,
then please let us know what dates.
Once you have provided us with this information, we can accurately respond
to your request.
Kind regards,
Chris

Dear Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport,
thank you for asking for clarification.

The request was not time limited, because we believe that the interactions will be reasonably time limited with the one company, and within a restricted team of people at the Department (online harms work) and therefore narrow and easy to find. So no, the information was not that limited to only the Minister's visit on December 14th, but for example in the course of all Online Harms work since 2015.

"Agenda, minutes and participants of meetings (in person or remote) with the company Safe-to-Net, that was referenced in the speech by the Secretary of State on the Online Harms Consultation, Volume 686: debated on Tuesday 15 December 2020"

Should by contrast this be a significant amount of information and therefore require too much work within the limitations of the FOI obligations, I understand that you will restrict this accordingly, and ask that you provide what is possible, starting with the most recent.

Thank you.
Sincerely,

Jen Persson
