Kensington and Chelsea TMO submitted a Building Regulations ‘Full Plans

made following planning permission being granted for the proposed scheme.
In addition to the Full Plans application, a ‘Demolition Notice’,
reference DEM/14/02401, was submitted on the 21/05/2014. This application
was in relation to parts of the building which were removed as enabling
works to facilitate the building works under FP/14/03563.

The scope of the demolition work can be found in the attached Key Decision
