Deliberate misrecording of complaints by Hertfordshire police
Dear Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner,
This FOI request concerns the recording of the complaint made by email in August 2019 and being investigated by BCH PSD under reference CO/706/20
Please supply the following information
1) the date the complaint is recorded as having been made
2) date the complaint was recorded
3) number of complaints received by your office that it was recorded as being made by phone call in September 2020 when it was in fact made by email in August 2019
4) current status of resolution of complaints referenced by 3)
