Delay in publishing minutes

The request was successful.

Dear Northern Ireland Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment,

Can you confirm why minutes of Audit and Risk Assurance Committee of 16 January 2020 have not been published but minutes of subsequent meetings in later months have been. Can you specify reason for delay or decision not to previously publish.

Can you also confirm that when the minutes of 16 January are published ( which I note from your previous response to my FOI request of yesterday will be within 5 days ) that no Subsequent changes ( amendment, addition, deletion )have been or will be made to the original minutes of 16 January and that they will be published in full.

Many thanks and

Yours faithfully,

Mr ONeill

1.Can you confirm why minutes of Audit and Risk Assurance Committee of 16 January 2020 have not been published but minutes of subsequent meetings in later months have been.

This was an administrative oversight which has since been addressed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

2.Can you specify reason for delay or decision not to previously publish.

As outlined under question 1, this was an administrative oversight. There was no reason for delay.

3.Can you also confirm that when the minutes of 16 January are published ( which I note from your previous response to my FOI request of yesterday will be within 5 days ) that no Subsequent changes ( amendment, addition, deletion )have been or will be made to the original minutes of 16 January and that they will be published in full.

CCEA can confirm the minutes were approved at the meeting on 19 March and have been uploaded onto the website unchanged: https://ccea.org.uk/about/council/counci...
