Definition of Driver

Thank you for your response.

However it seems you have detailed what actions a driver does rather than what a driver is.

Blacks law dictionary suggests; a driver is one who is employed to man a mechanically propelled vehicle.

Does this definition apply to the road traffic act 1988 and if nkt what definition does.
