Further to your request for information please be advised that The Decent Homes Fund Grant scheme became obsolete in 2013. We have no records prior to 2011. However, we can provide stats between 2011 and 2013 only. Please find spreadsheet attached.

Q. What schemes replaced Decent Homes Grant and what schemes do you run

The Decent Homes Grant was not replaced per se. The council did have an
assisted maintenance grant which was abolished in 2017.
Current schemes under Regulatory Reform (Housing Assistance)
Equity release loans
Limited funding where a disabled facility grant is not an/best option
Disabled facility grants (mandatory)
