Decants from estates facing regeneration

The request was successful.

Elizabeth Wyatt

Dear Southwark Borough Council,

For the last 3 years, could I please have the following information for each decant made from an estate facing regeneration (eg. Aylesbury Estate) into social housing:

A) The month the decant took place
B) Whether they were living on the estate facing regeneration as a secure tenant, a homeless family in temporary accommodation or other?
C) The number of bedrooms that the property had from which they were decanted on the estate facing regeneration?
D) The number of bedrooms that the property had into which they were decanted?
E) The estate facing regeneration from which they were decanted?
F) The block of the estate facing regeneration from which they were decanted?
G) Whether the property into which they were decanted was Southwark Council or housing association?
H) Whether the decant was made by a direct offer made by Southwark Council?
I) Whether the decant was made by the household bidding through the choice based lettings scheme?

The information would ideally be provided in an excel table with a column for each of the questions above and a row for each decant made.

Yours faithfully,

Elizabeth Wyatt
