Dear Office for National Statistics,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Office for National Statistics's handling of my FOI request 'Deaths per covid vaccine status'.
What I am asking can be summarised as follows (assuming, for the sake of arguments, that 400,000 people have died in the UK since the 1st of January), I want to have a file with 400,000 anonymous rows with the 5 following columns:
- Date of death (could be given as d/m/y or simply as m/y)
- Sex
- Age upon death (in single years)
- Covid vaccine number of doses (could be 0, 1, 2, 3 or more)
- Number of days between last dose and death, when and if applicable (that is, if number of doses greater than or equal to 1)
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/de...
Yours faithfully,
Mary Eberhart
