Daughter Abducted under false declaration to the UK

Waiting for an internal review by Home Office of their handling of this request.

Dear Home Office,

We left the UK in 2018 and my daughter had and still has only a foreign passport (no EU/UK) and without any Visa.
I and my ex-wife were not in good terms. Thus, I applied for the divorce in that country where we all are nationals (got married in that county as well which is not a EU country). As I have a dual citizen with a EU citizen and my ex-partner had EEA family member only, I believe that she used it to apply for our daughter visa and left for the UK with our daughter without any consent.
Actually, I have a divorce decree from our country (not UK/EU) and my right to access to my daughter whom was abducted.
I have few main questions:
1- In accordance to the EU and UK legislation, I have left the UK as an EU Citizen and applied for the divorce, How can my daughter be granted with a UK Visa as we all left the UK?
2- More, under similar legislation, my ex-wife (non - EEA Spouse) has not right to remain in the UK. How can this be confirmed?
3- My documents were stolen by my ex-partner and forged a British Passport with (I am not British Citizen). This has been proven via her statements. Whom can be contacted in this case?

I have tried various emails and applications to Home Office to denounce these matters but no one responded as urgent matters. I believe that these are serious matters that needed further attention. I do not want to disclose the countries and names because legal actions will be taken.

Please let me know the steps to be taken with Home Office and other services. Any urgent email address?

Yours faithfully,
Freeman Love
