The UK GDPR introduces a duty for you to appoint a data protection officer (DPO) if you are a public authority or body, or if you carry out certain types of processing activities.

DPOs assist to monitor internal compliance, inform and advise on your data protection obligations, provide advice regarding Data Protection Impact Assessments

If Thirteen Director's take account of DPO’s advice and the information they provide on data protection obligation's

Provide name position iof person within the organisation with responsibility of GDPR Policy and legislation's

Is the DPO easily accessible as a point of contact for our employees, individuals and the ICO.

Have Thirteen published contact details of the DPO and communicated them to the ICO? please provide a link

To ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers, we will continue to
practice social distancing during our repairs and safety check visits, and

operatives and, where possible, step into a separate room and open windows
while we’re in your home. We also request that where possible and unless
subject to medical advice, customers wear a mask/face covering.   

    

To ensure we protect our customers and colleagues our offices and customer
service points remain closed apart from our Stockton Touchpoint store
which has reopened for pre- arranged appointments.   

   

Our Touchpoint Team are available from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday so
please just give us a call on 0300 111 1000, or Did you know that you can
use your My Thirteen account to make a payment, find a New Home or report
a repair by visiting [1]www.mythirteen.co.uk  to do this easily whenever 
you want, from wherever you are.
