I write with reference to The Dangerous Dogs Act, 1991 (amended), under the Freedom of Information Act, and ask for your kind reply, as follows:
In the most recent full year for which you hold records (please provide date range), how many of the dogs seized by your force under Section 1 of the Act had a cross over with Section 3 (that is, were suspected of being out of control in any form)?
