Could you please disclose the following information:
- The number of social residential high-rise buildings (buildings above
18m) in Kirklees? There are four properties; Harold Wilson Court, Holme
Park Court, Bishops Court and Buxton House
- The number of people living in social residential high-rise buildings in
Kirklees? Please note that the following information relates to the
number of Flats in each building but the number of occupants varies as
tenants move in and out
Harold Wilson Court contains 44 Flats
Holme Park Court contains 96 Flats
Bishops Court contains 98 Flats
Buxton House 57 Flats
Total 295 Flats
- The number of private residential high-rise buildings in Kirklees?
There are nine private sector high rise buildings in Kirklees.
- The number of people living in private residential high-rise buildings
in Kirklees? The Council does not hold this information.
- The number of social residential high-rise buildings with ACM cladding
in Kirklees? None
- The number of people living in social residential high-rise buildings
with ACM cladding in Kirklees? None
- The number of private residential high-rise buildings with ACM cladding
in Kirklees? Three high-rise buildings have limited amounts of ACM
cladding but are unoccupied and undergoing extensive remediation through
their respective owners.
- The number of people living in private residential high-rise buildings
with ACM cladding in Kirklees? None as the buildings are not currently
occupied.
- How many social residential high-rise buildings in Kirklees have had a
fire risk assessment within the past 3 years? Four (all of them)
- How many private residential high-rise buildings in Kirklees have had a
fire risk assessment within the past 3 years? This information is not held
by the Council
- How many social residential high-rise buildings in Kirklees have had ACM
cladding removed within the past 5 years? None as there is none to remove.
- How many private residential high-rise buildings have had ACM cladding
removed within the past 5 years? It is understood that one building has
had ACM cladding removed and replaced in the last five years.
