After conducting my initial consideration of your information request, it
has become clear that I need clarification from you as Section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act states that a public authority is not obliged
to comply with a request for information in situations where it requires
further details in order to do so. As such, to enable me to process your

Please can you confirm the time frame for the information you are

We can confirm that PHSO holds the information you have requested.

 

PHSO holds records of two complaints made about treatment and care
received from the Cygnet Hospital in Coventry. Only one of the complaints
relates to the Dunmore PICU specifically.

 

In total we have received 21 complaints about the Cygnet Hospital Group up
to 2019.
