Dear Housing for Women Housing Association,

I would like to request:

A breakdown of the number of complaints made to Housing for Women from 2012 until present;

A breakdown of those complaints by type-for example disrepairs, anti-social behaviour, nuisance and offensive smells, sewage smells, communal bins, staff;

The number of those complaints that were investigated; and the number complaints upheld;

The number of complaints submitted to the Housing Ombudsman Service;

Disclosure and breakdown of the annual customer feedback survey from 2012 until present including how many tenants were contacted to complete the survey, how tenants were notified and asked to participate, why certain tenants and not all tenants are contacted to provide feedback, how and who decided which tenants are able to participate;

Disclosure and breakdown of the independent customer service review commissioned by Housing for Women in January 2015 including details of how many tenants were contacted, why certain tenants were chosen and not all tenants given the opportunity to provide feedback, how and who decided which tenants are able to provide feedback
