Yours faithfully,
Abuse victim

Dear Lancashire Police and Crime Panel,
I've made a FOI request which should of been responded to by the 12 January 2022, the requested information related to myself after being unlawfully arrested at the age of 10/13 years old with my friend, we both suffered racial, verbal and physical abuse from 5 members of the police who where stationed at this station, it was only after being made to feel petrified before letting us go home did we never told our parents being such young children we'd been convinced that we would be in further trouble, contacted again and the matter wasn't over, for months and months I waited for a knock at the door, i can clearly remember my friend and I both in tears pleading with our adult captors to let us go home and this while we were passed between the officers laughed at, tripped up in the corridors, myself called blackie, sambo the list goes on, the cruel and sadistic pleasure seen taken from these trusted adults has never left me, I have started to try and trace those who were on duty that night but so many times it just seems like I'd never get anywhere, thanks for your time and I hope this helps with the will to hold trusted adults to account.
Could a review of the incident and those involved be done.

Yours faithfully,

Victim of abuse

Democratic services, Lancashire Police and Crime Panel

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your e-mail, the Lancashire Police and Crime Panel does not oversee the Police, it's role is to scrutinise the Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire (www.lancashire-pcc.gov.uk) who in turn holds the Chief Constable to account as part of his role, but please see link below to Lancashire Constabulary which hopefully will be of assistance to you and your request:
