Curtailment letter not received
Dear Home Office,
My employers sonponsorship license has been cancelled on 6th January,2017.
We were informed that we will receive separate curtailment letter from UK home office notifiying us of our curtailment period. It been more then 45 days since the cancellation of my employers sponsorship and none of the employees of my organisation have received any curtailment letter or email from UK home office.
My questions are:
1) From when does my 60 days curtailment period start. Is it from 6th January, 2017 or from the date I will receive letter from UK home office
2) Why haven't received any communication from U.K. Home office yet
Please help me with as I have got very limited time if my curtailment has already started from 6th January.
Please help
Yours faithfully,
Pulkit
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email correspondence of 23 February.
We are unable to deal with your case specific enquiry by email.
It is not a requirement that you have a curtailment notice in order for
you to find a new sponsor or make another application for leave to remain
in the United Kingdom as long as you have valid leave to remain in the
United Kingdom.
However, you will need to write to the curtailment team for confirmation
of a curtailment start date.
Please see the address below for the curtailment team:
