Croydon Library Database - OS LANDRANGER + EXPLORER MAPS held

Roedd y cais yn rhannol lwyddiannus.

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

Please supply an XLS spreadsheet with the following data, which should include every one of the Ordinance Survey Landranger and Explorer series

col 1 - Type - Landranger or Explorer [Series Statement]
col 2 - scale, which will be 1:50,000 or 1:25,000 [map data]
col 3 - map numbers [corporate author]
col 4 - map title, eg EAST LONDON [title]
double col 5 - Revision date (1st sub-column) + last date issued (or most recent due back date if issue date not held) (2nd sub-column) for each copy of map held at CENTRAL library [notes]
double col 6 - same data as for col 5 in respect of Coulsdon Library
double cols 7-17: same data as for col 5 in respect of
Bradmore Green Library
Purley Library
Sanderstead Library
Selsdon Library
New Addington Library
Shirley Library
Ashburton Library
Broad Green Library
South Norwood Library
Thornton Heath Library
Norbury Library

This data should already be held in the library database, so it should be a simple matter to extract it into this spreadsheet.
The words enclosed in [] are the council database labels.

Where only one copy or no copy is held, please explain why the council has no more, and whether and when the council will hold at least two copies across its network.

Please use XLS format not XLSX format, so that the data is available to the widest possible audience.

Yours faithfully,

James Muldoon

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

In almost all cases, there will either be one or no entry in each row, as there is only one or no map at any one library..
Where there are two maps at one location with the same map number, then please create an extra row for that map number.

Yours faithfully,

James Muldoon
