Croydon Borough Councils current policy on bus/tram, lane/gate enforcement on Christmas Day?

The request was successful.

Dear Croydon Borough Council,

I wish to know if you 'enforce' bus/tram, lanes/gates on Christmas Day, when no buses or trams (whichever is applicable) are in operation?

I am asking this same question to a number of Councils across the UK to find out what their policy is on enforcing contraventions on Christmas Day?

Yours faithfully,

David Blythen

Dear Mr Blythen,

Further to our telephone conversation earlier today, I have contacted the
department and they have confirmed that we will not be enforcing on
Christmas Day, and there are no plans to review this decision.

(I assume that means we are one of the good guys!)

Kind regards,
