Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, please would you provide a copy of the most recent version of the document/manual detailing the process by which pavement and cycleway defects are formally risk assessed and categorised for repair by Oxfordshire County Council.

Specifically, I would also like a copy of the document that defines each level of risk impact and risk probability as used within these assessments, for scenarios including any defects reported on pavements, cycleways and shared use paths.

Yours faithfully,

Graeme Coates
