Dear Liverpool City Council,

Under the FOI act could you please supply the following information.

1. When applying for an official position/employment within LCC is it manditory to disclose any history of criminal convictions within the formal job application?

2. Pressuming the answer to question 1 is yes. What is the official action taken by LCC if a senior member of LCC in a position of trust or indeed any staff member, failed to diclose their criminal convictions in their application?

3. Do LCC currently have any senior managers in post with any undiclosed or disclosed criminal convictions? If the answer to this question is yes, could you please disclose the names of any such individuals in the interest of the public.

other public authorities is presently dealing with, responding to and

Could you please send a response to my FOI request "Criminal record disclosure policy within LCC".

This should be pretty simple to answer as LCC like any responsible authority would have to follow the correct guidelines regarding the nondisclosure of prospective new employee criminal history in any job application wirhin LCC.
