Criminal Finances Act - moratorium period

Mrs R.E Scott made this Freedom of Information request to National Crime Agency

The request was refused by National Crime Agency.

Dear National Crime Agency,

Following the Criminal Finances Act 2017 an extended moratorium period has formed part of the AML consent regime. This has seen the maximum moratorium period be extended from 31 days, in increments of 31 days, up to a maximum of 217 days.

I would like to know the following information:
(1) how many applications have been made for the extended moratorium period, that is a moratorium period of between 31 and 217 days;
(2) what is the average extended moratorium period; and
(3) are there any accounts of the full moratorium period (217 days) being used and if so how frequently has this occurred?

Yours faithfully,

Rebecca Scott
