During 2018, How many people classed as IC1/IC2 (White - North European and White - South European combined) were arrested (charged or not) by officers of your force area for the following.

1. Breach of the peace
2. Hate Speech specifically against disability, race, religion, sexual orientation or transgender identity
3. Section 5 of the POA

and during 2018, how many people classed as IC6, Arab or North African, were arrested (charged or not) by officers of your force area for the same

I write in connection with your request for West Mercia Police and
Warwickshire Police information which was dated and received on 18^th June
2019 .

Please note that due to an unprecedented number of requests being received
for subject access and FOI, for the foreseeable future requests are now
being triaged and addressed in the following order; Subject Access
requests and then FOI requests.  Every effort will be made to meet our
statutory timescales for responses, subject to the information not being
exempt or containing a reference to a third party. and we ask for your
understanding.

We will aim to provide the information within 20 working days as required
by the Freedom of Information Act.

 

There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of the
information you request.  If this is the case you will be informed and the 20
working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment from you. If
you chose not to make payment then your request will remain unanswered.

 

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest

Dear Warwickshire Police,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Warwickshire Police's handling of my FOI request 'Crime statistics for specific crime types'.

On the 18th June 2019 I submitted a Freedom Of Information Request. Under the Foi Act you have 20 working days to supply the information requested.

On the 19th July I requested that the delay be looked into and It has now been almost 2 months without a response.

I request that be looked into as a matter of urgency in order to fulfil my request otherwise I will have to seek advice from the ICO.
