Dear Gloucestershire Constabulary,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Gloucestershire Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'Crime statistics for specific crime types'.

On the 16/06 you received a FoI, as you know, by law you have 20 working days to complete this request unless for exceptional circumstances, I have not been informed of any exceptional circumstances and yet 2 months later, I am still waiting for the information.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Daniel Elliott

Dear Gloucestershire Constabulary,

Section 10(1) of the FOI Act 2000 states that
Subject to subsections (2) and (3), a public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of receipt.

My request has now been with you since August 16 2019, that's almost 60 days without a response.

Please take this as a request for an internal review before taking the matter up with the ICO

Yours faithfully,

Daniel Elliott
