Crime register

Roedd y cais yn llwyddiannus.

Dear Devon and Cornwall Constabulary,

If possible can you let me have the details of the Devon and Cornwall crime register. The individual's name and email address or the department name and department email address. For clarity below I have provided information on the crime registers function.

Each force has a crime registrar who is responsible for overseeing compliance with the crime recording process. He or she is the final arbiter for the force when deciding whether or not to record a crime or make a decision cancel a crime. The registrar’s responsibilities include training staff in the crime recording process and conducting audits to check compliance with the rules. All forces also designate a senior officer (of chief officer rank, usually the deputy chief constable) as being responsible for overseeing the force’s approach to crime recording. The HOCR state that the force crime registrar must be outside operational line command and answerable to the chief officer with overall responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of crime recording processes

Yours faithfully,

G Bourke

Your have provided me with the performance department email address.

Can you now answer my questions in full or refuse to answer my questions and provide a valid reason why, as per the data protection act .

Dear Mr Bourke,

Thank you for the below email in which I note that you state we have not provided the Mr Cook's email address of the department's email address. The most appropriate way to contact Mr Cook would be through the Performance and Analysis Department's email address. The Performance and Analysis email address is already available on the website, therefore a link was provided to the Performance and Analysis Page in the original response.

For ease please see a direct link to the contacts page which lists all contract information for the relevant departments.
https://www.devon-cornwall.police.uk/con...

On the contact page of our website there is a row for the Alliance Performance and Analysis Team. On this row you will see a link for the email address, if you click on this link it will produce an email for you to start communicating with.

I hope this is of assistance. For ease, I have pasted the link to the email section of the website which can be seen below.
