Crime reference number for incident in Liverpool

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Ministry of Defence Police should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Ministry of Defence Police,

I am looking to receive a crime reference number for an incident that happened in Liverpool on 16th March 2019 regarding myself and another (who was arrested).
I had ten stitches down my nose and had to have my nostril glued back together.
I am looking to put in a compensation claim and I cant seem to get hold of the information and would really appreciate your help if possible.

Yours faithfully,
Lucy Fl
